International Orders
Due to international import regulations and customs duties, we do not accept returns on international orders.
Once an order has been delivered outside India, it is considered final.
However, if your item arrives:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
In such cases, we may offer:

We accept returns for domestic orders only in case of major issues, such as:

Incorrect item received
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Once approved, the item must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns are not accepted for:

Personal preferences
As all crystals are natural, variations are part of their authenticity.
Refunds
If a return is approved (domestic orders only):
